If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return. Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued back on to your credit card for the cost of the item, minus a 20% restocking fee which is charged by the manufacturer. All returned products must be in their original packaging and must be returned in new condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
